Booking Policy:

You can either contact us directly via our social media pages or whatsapp us.

All new clients will be asked for a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted on the day of the appointment.

We ask that you are on time for your appointment. If you are early, we have a waiting room on the 1st floor, or you can simply message me to say you have arrived.

We have a 15 minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive later than this it may result in cancellation of your appointment and a ‘no show’ policy will be applied. Please contact us if you are running late.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure you permit 48 hours notice to your appointment.

If you contact us under 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.

For ‘no shows’ and same day cancellations, you will be charged 100%. You will not be able to rebook with us until this is paid.

If you cancel or ‘no show’ more than 3 times, we will not accept future appointments from you.

Please understand these polices insure our business.

NHS Staff:

All NHS staff will receive 10% off any services. Please provide a valid blue light card or staff card to redeem. Contact us for more details.
